Western States Region

Page Title Image - Western StatesWelcome!

Hosted by the City and County of Denver, Colorado, ICLEI’s Western States Regional Capacity Center serves a fast-growing, culturally-diverse region. From the high mountains (Aspen, Park City) to the desert plains (Albuquerque, Phoenix), Western States members face a diverse set of challenges as they work to reduce their carbon footprints and move towards sustainability, and have responded with innovation and creativity. This webpage will celebrate that innovation, and will be your resource for connecting with your ICLEI Western States colleagues.

The Western States office serves ICLEI members in the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming

ICLEI extends our greatest appreciation to the City and County of Denver for hosting the Western States Regional Capacity Center.

Thank you also to Albuquerque, New Mexico, Mayor Martin Chavez for representing the region on the ICLEI USA Board of Directors.
