Brooke Lee

Brooke Lee provides technical and policy assistance to ICLEI members from its Oakland, CA, U.S. headquarters. As a member of ICLEI's national Tools and Protocol Team, Brooke specializes in the development of tools and protocols that advance the field of emissions quantification, greenhouse gas inventorying. Brooke previously conducted GHG inventories and provided technical and policy assistance to California local governments working to develop climate action plans that increase their environmental, economic and social sustainability.
Prior to joining ICLEI, Brooke implemented energy efficiency and other DSM projects as a Program Coordinator for the Alliance to Save Energy's Green Campus Program. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the City of Berkeley's Energy Commission and as Vice Chair of the Community Energy Services Corporation's Board of Directors. Brooke graduated with honors from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science degree in conservation and resource studies with a focus on urban environmental sustainability and energy education.
