Program Associate - Seattle, WA

Justus Stewart is a Program Associate at the Pacific Northwest Regional Capacity Center in Seattle, Washington. He joined ICLEI in October 2008. Justus supports local governments throughout the region with technical and policy assistance related to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Justus holds a Master of City Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s in Ecological Agriculture & Design from The Evergreen State College. Prior to working at ICLEI, Justus worked as an environmental planner in Los Angeles and Philadelphia.
