Xico ManarollaProgram Officer - Oakland, CA

Xico Manarolla provides program support across Cities for Climate Protection programs and assists local governments to quantify emissions and reach reduction targets. He also provides research and support for the development of member support tools.

Xico graduated with a Master’s in Environmental Policy from the University of Maryland in 2004. At the Center for a New American Dream, Xico worked with private companies and procurement officials to promote responsible purchasing. Prior to joining the ICLEI staff in April 2007, Xico worked at Think Energy, Inc., where he assisted large companies as well as city and state governments to purchase clean power.
