 al Clean Energy-Environment Program\, ICLEI-Local Governments for Sust
 ainability will conduct an interactive web-based training on creating 
 an emissions inventory using the Clean Air Climate Protection (CACP) s
 oftware. This course is offered free to ICLEI members\, NACAA members 
 as well as to members of the National Association of State Energy Offi
 cials (NASEO) and the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commi
 ssioners (NARUC).
