To maintain an open and transparent process, Corresponding Committees to each Technical Advisory Committee (and other committees as determined) will be established to provide broader opportunities for all interested stakeholders to review the progress of STAR development. Corresponding Committee members will receive meeting minutes, reports, and drafts, and will be provided an opportunity to review documents, submit questions, and provide comments. A process for joining a Corresponding Committee will be established, and an outreach strategy will be implemented to reach a broad diversity of stakeholders.
