At ICLEI we specialize in developing and distributing tools that will empower local governments to set and achieve strong climate and sustainability goals. We are continuously upgrading and adding to our suite of tools and complement that with trainings and technical assistance.

The Clean Air Climate Protection (CACP) software is instrumental in both developing a baseline emissions inventory and quantifying the emissions reductions associated with local climate action.
